AMBIENT COOLER SPECIFICATIONS
Automatic Belt Tension (ABT): Patented design by I.J. White to extend spiral belt life by lowering system tension and reducing rod and picket wear.
Belt Overdrive System (BOS): Measures Overdrive to assure proper tensioning and long belt life. I.J. White Modem Support and Auto-PM: Direct on-line support is optional in our Electrical Control Center with automatic Preventative Maintenance module.
Main Drive Chain Drip Pans: The Drip Pans help keep drive chain oil off the Spiral belt and your plant floor. These optional Drip Pans are removable and easy to clean.
Ultra Series Drive: To promote longer drive chain life, Ultra Series has multiple drive segments. This design reduces Drive Chain stretching and wear. Heavy-Duty Drive Cage Design: Prevents “hour glassing” and lowers belt tension, which assures maximum operating belt life.
Heavy-Duty Frame Construction: All heavy walled, closed end welded tubing for superior strength.
Typhoon Belt Washing Station: Patented Rotary Head design by I.J. White utilizing High Pressure for cleaning of the spiral belt with an air dry section.
Powerwash 2000: This portable heavy duty High Pressure System is constructed in Stainless Steel. Features such as a sanitizer tank and quick disconnects are standard.
REFRIGERATION COIL & FAN SPECIFICATIONS
Auto-Pressurization System (APS): Reduces moist air infiltration that migrates into the Blast Freezer and helps keep the Refrigeration Coils free longer from ice and snow build-up.
Superior Coils: Rugged construction for long life and advanced design for efficient heat transfer.
Advanced Defrost Technology: I.J. WHITE’S Extended Production System (EPS) can be configured as an option to meet your specific production demands and provide longer runs between defrost cycles.
INSULATED ENCLOSURES
Factory Installed Doors: For a secure fit. No on-site fitting and no internal wood.
Cam Locked and Banded Panels: With Internal continuous perimeter metal bands to withstand high static pressures inside the enclosure.
Factory Manufactured Corners: That tie into Cam Locked Wall Panels, no field cutting or fitting.
